AFFECTS CORPOREAL		+1 Modifier

An incorporeal being can use an FX with this extra on the corporeal world. Characters with lower ranks of Insubstantial do not require this extra for their F to work on the physical world, although they can apply it to their Strength bonus to allow them to apply their Strength while Insubstantial.
