FX Feats

FX feats expand an effect’s utility in various ways. Acquiring an FX feat costs 1 character point, just like a normal feat, and characters can use extra effort to temporarily acquire an FX feat they don’t already have. FX feats are options for an FX; you can generally decide to use them or not when you use the FX itself.
